Learn more about Minimalist Medicine

One fine day you opened the cupboard and saw the shelf full of the most diverse bottles:

Vitamin D, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Methyl folate, Lactase, Lugol, selenium, probiotics, L-carnitine, glutamine, creatine, Magnesium threonate, Magnesium dimalate, Magnesium citrate, Magnesium chloride...

The list seemed endless, too big to fit in a single cupboard. Before you could ask yourself why on earth you bought so many different types of magnesium, a bottle of omeprazole fell off the shelf, reminding you of the discomfort you’ve been feeling in your stomach lately.

Any attempt your mind makes to warn you about the mess your life is in is repelled by the fervent belief that this pile of capsules is helping you. After all, so many famous people take them, don't they?

The Witch and her crystal ball about humanity's prognosis.

Actually, no. You don't need to stuff yourself with vitamins and minerals that are abundant in food. You don't need to raise your blood tests above normal levels to be healthier, more intelligent, or to get back the libido you enjoyed when you were 15. This generalized chaos is the result of excess. Physical and mental debris that has been accumulating in your life for a long time.

You just need to receive information from someone who has no conflicts of interest. Get in touch with someone who has already treated hundreds of people by selecting only what is essential for life and letting go of what was getting in the way. Stop falling into traps. Try a dose of self-knowledge and see the results by spending less on superfluous things and investing more in yourself. Don't risk something so precious by putting a bunch of strange substances into your body without asking yourself what they really do.

Practicing Minimalist Medicine means getting to know yourself. It means recognizing each area and peculiarity of your life and acting according to what you really are. Free (or at least not so cluttered) from external influences. It means knowing exactly what your body needs and how it reacts to the stimuli it receives daily.

  • How do you feel when you sleep well? And when you sleep badly?

  • What foods do you eat and feel good about? Which ones are bad for you?

  • What benefits do you reap from the time you dedicate to social media? What harm does it do?

  • How do you feel when you do physical activity? When you look in the mirror and see the results of your efforts on your own body, do you feel fulfilled or do you feel aversion?

  • Could it be that a sedentary lifestyle is responsible for increasing your chronic pain? What's the point in taking another capsule of chondroitin, glucosamine and magnesium?

  • Is this supplement, vitamin or symptomatic medicine really doing you any good?

These are necessary questions that we need to ask ourselves every day. Minimalist Medicine is for those who are not afraid to ask questions. Especially the uncomfortable ones! It may seem obvious, but if you stop to analyze the attitudes we adopt at each moment in our lives, you will realize that many of them take us away from who we really are and who we want to be.

Those who know themselves know what really matters in their own lives. So if you want to be part of our Universe , register your email below and find out more.
